
Michelle B. Vessely Bertucci, MD, MPH. President. Michelle is an ENT surgeon with practices in Lake Oswego and Tualatin, Oregon. She has participated in fourteen cleft lip and palate surgical mission trips since 2008, traveling to Kenya, Zambia, Ecuador, Mexico and Uganda. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Certificate in Global Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Paul Bertucci, Secretary. Paul is a globally renowned data and technology architect, author of several landmark technology books, a frequent speaker at international conferences, and is passionate about other important organizations such as Guide Dogs for the Blind, Head Start, the Food Bank, and WaterAfrica.

Edward L. Bleynat, Jr., Treasurer. Ed practices law in Asheville, NC with a focus on business and civil litigation. He is an AV Preeminent Peer Reviewed Lawyer by Martindale Hubbell. Ed is the author of two volumes on the Synoptic Gospels and is involved in many civic and community activities.

Jennifer Searls, Director. Jennifer is a writer, communication specialist, and website manager who worked with WaterAfrica for almost ten years and served 5 years as layout editor for the nonprofit literary journal, Alaska Women Speak. She currently works for Anchorage First Presbyterian Church.
